Mr. Matthew Ranville serves as Managing Director – Site Development for Elite, where he oversees the planning, development, construction, and operational readiness of the company’s critical minerals processing, refining, and advanced materials facilities.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and business owner, Mr. Ranville brings extensive experience across infrastructure development, mechanical systems, project execution, and operations management.

He is the founder of a successful multi-state mechanical contracting firm and the owner and operator of a diversified commercial and residential property management company, where he has led complex development, maintenance, and operational programs across multiple asset classes.

In his role at Elite, he is responsible for site selection, facility planning, infrastructure development, construction oversight, and the execution of operational readiness strategies supporting the company’s integrated critical minerals platform.

His background in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating contractors, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects enables him to support the development of secure, efficient, and scalable domestic supply chain capabilities for critical minerals and advanced materials.
