Mr. Ricardo Espinosa is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with more than 30 years of international experience in advanced manufacturing, industrial technologies, energy systems, and strategic supply chain development across North America, Europe, and South America.
As a member of Elite’s leadership team, he plays a key role in advancing the company’s critical minerals strategy, including the development of processing, refining, advanced materials, and downstream manufacturing capabilities that support secure supply chains for the United States and allied markets.
With a foundation in mechanical engineering, Mr. Espinosa has led the design, development, and commercialization of complex industrial technologies, including advanced battery systems, power electronics, electric machines, transmission systems, and integrated energy solutions. Throughout his career, he has built and managed multidisciplinary technical, manufacturing, and operational teams responsible for scaling production, optimizing quality systems, and implementing operational excellence programs across multiple industries.
Mr. Espinosa has extensive experience establishing and managing international manufacturing operations, overseeing product commercialization, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives. Hehas served in senior executive leadership positions, including Managing Director responsible for manufacturing and market deployment operations in Europe, and most recently as Chief Executive Officer with full operational responsibility for a diversified industrial enterprise.
His expertise in advanced manufacturing, industrial process development, quality systems, and large-scale operations provides critical support to Elite’s objective of creating an integrated critical minerals platform that captures value through processing, refining, advanced materials production, and strategic downstream manufacturing. Mr. Espinosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Mini-MBA from Northeastern University.
