Mr. Quinten Fisher serves as Corporate Counsel to the Critical Minerals and Strategic Investment Platform, advising on corporate structuring, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal frameworks supporting large-scale infrastructure and materials development initiatives. He brings broad experience across business and transaction law, including high-stakes commercial litigation, breach of contract matters, regulatory disputes, and government contract preparation.

His background provides a strong foundation in both dispute resolution and proactive transaction structuring, supporting the platform’s ability to execute complex, multi-jurisdictional agreements. In his role, Mr. Fisher irresponsible for legal structuring of strategic partnerships, negotiation of commercial agreements, and alignment of contract frameworks across investors, counterparties, and government-related stakeholders within the critical minerals value chain.

His academic and professional training includes certifications in Business and Commercial Law and International Trade and Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2018 and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. Within the Critical Minerals platform, Mr. Fisher plays a key role in ensuring that deal architecture, contractual frameworks, and regulatory positioning a restructured to support scalable investment, secure supply chain development, and long-term institutional alignment.​
